Always supervise your pet while your pet enjoys treats, chews, toys, or other products. Fresh drinking water should always be available. If your pet has allergies, medical conditions, or is taking medications, consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats or CBD products.
CBD Products
Our hemp-derived CBD products are intended to support your pet's overall wellness and quality of life. These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary based on your pet's size, age, breed, and individual needs.
Returns & Exchanges
For the health and safety of all pets, all sales of pet treats, CBD products, tinctures, paw balms, supplements, and other consumable items are final. These products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our facility.
Non-consumable boutique merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or an error was made by Stoney Hound CBD LLC.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@stoneyhoundpetservices.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Stoney Hound CBD LLC. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by us.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have entered production or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
