Customers must create a portal and provide complete pet, household, access, emergency, and veterinarian information before services can be confirmed.
Requests Are Not Confirmations
A submitted request is pending until Stoney Hound accepts it through the portal or confirms it in writing.
Meet-and-Greets
A meet-and-greet may be required before the first service or whenever a pet's care, behavior, access, or household information changes.
Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for updating feeding, medication, behavior, access, veterinarian, and emergency-contact details before each service.
